Limited Warranty
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Rydotek LLC ("Rydotek") warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Rydotek or from an authorized Rydotek reseller.

What This Warranty Covers
If a Rydotek product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Rydotek will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or

Replace the product with the same or equivalent model.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Improper installation or mounting

Misuse or abuse
-
Accidents, crashes, or impact damage

Unauthorized modifications or repairs
-
Exposure to conditions outside the product's intended operating environment

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Normal wear and tear
Products that have been disassembled, modified, or altered in any way may void the warranty.

Motorcycle Use Disclaimer
Rydotek products are designed as rider awareness tools and are not a substitute for safe riding practices or adherence to traffic laws.
The rider remains solely responsible for operating their motorcycle safely and maintaining full awareness of their surroundings.

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact Rydotek support and provide:

Proof of purchase

Product serial number (if applicable)

Description of the issue
Rydotek may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a warranty replacement. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydotek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Rydotek's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Except for the express warranty stated above, Rydotek disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
