Rydotek products do not guarantee detection of radar, laser, or law enforcement equipment, and detection performance may vary depending on environmental conditions, enforcement equipment used, vehicle positioning, terrain, and other factors.
Use of the product is entirely at the user's own risk.

Compliance with Laws
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws regarding the possession and use of radar detection devices.
Radar detection equipment may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Rydotek makes no representation regarding the legality of its products in any specific location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydotek shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

Rydotek's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

No Warranty Beyond Limited Warranty
Except as expressly stated in the Rydotek Limited Warranty, all products are provided "as is" and "as available."
Rydotek disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
